YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading, coordinating and developing a small, dedicated accounting team
Performing and coordinating accounting tasks including taxes, invoice control, travel expenses, official reports, payroll, etc.
Independently performing the necessary accounting and controlling tasks for the monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports to headquarters
Analyzing and evaluating company results, preparing corresponding reports and suggestions for improvement measures
Preparing the annual budget in cooperation with local management
Continuously monitoring and improving accounting processes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Contact person for internal and external stakeholders with regard to accounting
Assisting with various accounting projects and Group-HR agendas etc.
YOUR PROFILE:
Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience, ideally in an industrial company
First leadership experience (e.g. as deputy team leader, project lead, or team coordinator) is an advantage
Profound knowledge of Office programs and experience with budgeting processes
Fluent in Italian and English; German is an asset
Excellent communication skills and a proactive team player with hands-on mentality and an independent, structured and reliable approach to work, solution-oriented
